How to Request a Return

If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order through one of the following channels:

Please provide the following information:

  • Order/Invoice Number
  • Product Code
  • Your Full Name
  • Company Name (if applicable)
  • Contact Number

Our team will respond promptly to guide you through the return process.

Fabrics & Curtains (Custom-Cut Products)

Because these items are made to order, returns are only accepted under specific conditions:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, uncut, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Any fabric or curtain that has been cut, stitched, resized, or damaged will not be accepted.
  • All returned items are subject to thorough physical inspection.
  • Return shipping and handling fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Original invoice and packaging must be included with the return.

⚠️ Important: As these products are customized to your specifications, we recommend confirming all details before placing your order.

Ready-Made Bedding & Linen Sets

We accept returns for standard items such as duvet sets and pillowcases under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
  • Damaged or used products will not be accepted.
  • All items will be inspected upon return.
  • Shipping and restocking fees may apply.
  • Original invoice and documentation must be included.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed after successful inspection of the returned item.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

We do not offer refunds on items returned in used, damaged, or altered condition.

Additional Notes

Products purchased on sale or promotion are not eligible for return, unless faulty.

Returns without prior approval or original documentation will be declined.

AMALI Silk reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet our policy terms.
